From July 1, 2022, a zero VAT rate applies to hotels and carriers in relation to their services to the population. Now, tour operators selling complex tours, including hotel accommodation, passenger transportation by Russian Railways or air travel, will be able to apply the benefit, and not tax the entire cost of the tourist product at a rate of 20%.
