- Poland’s National e-Invoice System (KSeF) test environment now supports both FA(1) and FA(2) logical structures for testing purposes until August 2023.
- From September 1, 2023, FA(2) will replace FA(1) to make it easier for taxpayers to prepare for the e-invoicing mandate effective from July 1, 2024.
- The KSeF API update allows interested parties to test and adapt their invoicing software to the new structure.
- Businesses should utilize the testing period to review and update their IT systems, ERP systems, and invoicing processes for a seamless transition.
