- The Sejm rejected the Senate’s veto to the law making the use of KSeF mandatory for VAT taxpayers from July 1, 2024.
- Small and medium-sized enterprises exempt from VAT will have to use KSeF from January 1, 2025.
- The new system aims to modernize invoicing processes, document circulation, and faster verification of tax settlements without involving taxpayers and initiating inspections.
- Approximately 2.8 million VAT taxpayers, including 2 million active ones, will be affected by the new obligations.
