In the discussed situation, over 90% of the guests booked the PSF arrangement, making
it clear that long-term parking is an important consideration for booking a stay at the
relevant hotel. This could imply that long-term parking optimises the main service or at
least makes it attractive. Nevertheless, the Courts would not allow the parking service
to be taxed with the reduced rate.
