The Senate Budget and Public Finance Committee recommended on Tuesday the rejection of the VAT Act in its entirety, the purpose of which is to introduce the obligation to use the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) when issuing invoices from the middle of next year. Senator Leszek Czarnobaj (KO) submitted a motion to reject the act in its entirety, referring to comments made by the Senate legislators.
