- Mandatory implementation of Electric Energy e-Invoices (NF3-e) in Espírito Santo and Santa Catarina has been postponed to 1 October 2023 and 1 January 2024, respectively.
- Ajuste Sinief 14/2023 amended Ajuste Sinief 1/2019, which established the Electric Energy e-Invoice and Auxiliary Document of the Electric Energy e-Invoice, model 66.
- The NF3-e will be implemented in Minas Gerais on 1 June 2023, Espírito Santo on 1 October 2023, Santa Catarina on 1 January 2024, and São Paulo on 1 June 2024.
- These changes took effect on 17 May 2023, the date of their publication in the (DOU – Diário Oficial da União).
