The Bolivian SIN published the list of the fifth group of taxpayers required to issue digital tax documents through the online billing modality as of 08/01/2023
- Bolivia’s National Tax Service (SIN) has published a resolution stating that the fifth group of taxpayers must issue tax documents through assigned online billing modalities starting from August 1, 2023.
- The taxpayers listed in the annex of the resolution must adapt their invoicing systems to use one of the assigned modalities, such as Online Electronic Invoicing (EL), Online Computerized Invoicing (CL), or Web Portal (PW).
- The assigned billing modality can be checked through RND No. 102300000019 or the SIAT option on the website www.impuestos.gob.bo.
