In this Weekblad contribution, Tirza Cramwinckel and Reinout de Boer discuss new developments and case law regarding digital litigation in tax matters. In recent years, a lot has happened in this area. Digital litigation is now possible at the tax chambers of the courts of law, a pilot is underway in the first instance and digital litigation is mandatory at the Supreme Court as of April 15, 2020. The authors analyze the state of affairs and highlight procedural and legal points for attention, viewed from the practical side.
