The tax authorities still do not see a connection between the apartments that companies rent for their employees and their business activity. Thus, they block the possibility of deducting VAT. Fortunately, administrative courts are increasingly on the side of taxpayers. They claim that the relationship between rental and business is – even if not direct. The latest example is the judgment of the Supreme Administrative Court that has just been issued.
