In order to modernize and improve tax administration, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has prepared a draft order “On approval of the Rules and deadlines for the implementation of a pilot project to improve the administration of value added tax by applying format and logistics control when filling out a tax reporting form” . The draft order will be discussed on the Open NLA portal until June 30, 2023.
