Resolutions adopted pursuant to Art. 269 pairs 1 of the Law on Proceedings before Administrative Courts do not consist in explaining previous resolutions – stated the seven-member panel of the Supreme Administrative Court, adopting a resolution refusing the Provincial Administrative Court in Wrocław to break the resolution from a year ago on powers of attorney. The Supreme Administrative Court found this resolution to be sufficient to explain the issues of powers of attorney.
