On 22 May 2023, State Secretary Van Rij of Finance – Taxation and Tax Administration sent a bill to amend the OB Act 1968 (Parliamentary Document 36 362) to the House of Representatives. This proposal aims to implement the mandatory parts of the VAT rates directive.
