Ahead of the first DAC7 return due by the end of January 2024 in respect of the calendar year 2023, Sweden has launched its online service dedicated to the marketplaces‘ reporting obligations. Online marketplaces facilitating supplies to EU consumers on behalf of reportable sellers have until June 30th 2023 to register on the tool. Additionally, platforms covered by the DAC7 must run their due diligence and review their seller’s information by the end of 2023.
