On May 9, 2023, the Council of Ministers decided on Digitalization of binding information (e-WIS)
- The KSeF adopted by the Council of Ministers aims to accelerate the digitization of the public sector.
- The project will significantly facilitate entrepreneurs to run a business.
The introduction of only electronic handling of binding information – BTI (Binding Tariff Information), WIP (Binding Information on Origin), WIA (Binding Excise Information) and WIS (Binding Rate Information) – by extending and adapting the already functioning KAS IT systems (e -Tax Office, Platform for Tax and Customs Electronic Services – PUESC).
