- The KSeF adopted by the Council of Ministers aims to accelerate the digitization of the public sector.
- The project will make it much easier for entrepreneurs to run a business.
- Polish entrepreneurs have been able to voluntarily issue e-invoices through KSeF for over a year.
- The e-invoicing obligation will come into force on July 1, 2024.
