The State Tax Service of Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic continues the process of improving tax administration. This is reflected in the quality of service to taxpayers and the growth of tax payments.
In the first quarter of 2023, about 81 percent of all taxes were paid voluntarily in the autonomous republic. Compared to the corresponding period of last year, there was a 4.2-fold increase in voluntary declaration of taxes, and a 1.5-fold increase in voluntary payment. Compared to January-March 2022, during the first quarter of this year, the total number of tax inspections was reduced by 10 times, and mobile tax inspections were not scheduled.
