The Ministry of Finance points out that a taxpayer who has not received payment for an invoice from his contractor may take advantage of the bad debt relief. This solution applies to PIT, CIT and VAT. Taking advantage of the bad debt relief means that you do not have to pay tax on unpaid invoices.
