With a slight delay in relation to the date of publication declared by the Ministry of Finance, yesterday on the website of RCL [1] a draft act introducing a mandatory KSeF was published. The draft already takes into account the comments made in public consultations.
The draft of the e-invoicing rules (KSeF) were published. What is important is that the 1 July 2024 as date of introduction of compulsory e-invoicing was confirmed. Some other interesting features – (i) state clearing system (ii) no European standard of structured invoices (iii) B2C supplies are not covered by the system. Let’s keep the faith that the taxpayers will be ready.
