Luxembourg is already on the final stretch when it comes to implementing mandatory e-invoicing in the B2G sector. As was announced some time ago, the introduction of electronic invoices in Luxembourg is taking place gradually, and depends on the size of the company.
While big and medium enterprises are already obligated to issue e-invoices to public entities (as of May 18th, 2022 and October 18th, 2022 respectively), small and newly established entities will have the same obligation from March 18th, 2023.
