- The Ministry of Finance has started tax consultations on the concept of implementing the VAT warehouse into the Polish legal system.
- The purpose of the consultation is to identify industries for which VAT warehouses may prove to be an interesting solution.
- Opinions and comments with justification can be submitted until April 3, 2023.
