Belgian implementation of the VAT warehousing exemption in violation with the Belgian Constitution

The Belgian Constitutional Court concluded in a preliminary question that the implementation of the VAT warehousing exemption via Royal Decree n°54 is in violation with the Belgian Constitution. We are monitoring the consequences of this case.
