The circular informs that the statistical thresholds valid from 1.1.2023 to 31.12.2023, above which businesses are required to submit an Intrastat declaration, are set at one hundred and fifty thousand euros (€150,000) for intra-Community arrivals and ninety thousand euros (€90,000) for intra-Community shipments.
