Green light from the Revenue Agency to the technical specifications for the electronic transmission of the data contained in the 2023 annual VAT return relating to the year 2022. The annex to the provision of 27 January 2023 establishes the content and technical specifications to be adopted for the transmission for electronically to the Revenue Agency of the data contained in the VAT return relating to the year 2022 by the taxpayers required to fulfill this declaration, who directly send it, as well as by the other users of the telematic service who intervene as intermediaries authorized to transmission.
