On January 26, 2023, the European Commission opened infringement procedures for failure to notify national implementing measures for Council Directive (EU) 2021/514 of 22 March 2021 amending Directive 2011/16/EU on administrative cooperation in the field of taxation (DAC 7) against 14 Member States and sent them letters of formal notice (list in the link).
