A donation to the wife of a vehicle purchased from a lease by the entrepreneur’s husband will not give rise to a tax obligation in the field of value added tax. This is confirmed by the recent interpretation issued by the director of the National Tax Information. However, in order to avoid the tax, several conditions must be met.
