The Channel Islands territory of Jersey will impose Goods and Services Tax collections and reporting obligations on non-resident e-commerce sellers from 1 July 2023. There will be a compulsory registration threshold of GBP 300,000. Affected online stores may register voluntarily of the 2023 implementation. The GST de minimis level will continue at £135 until 1 July 2023. It will reduce to £60.
