In Lithuania, e-Invoice is mandatory for B2G transactions since 2017 and the regulation has been made in accordance with the Peppol standard. Recently, Lithuania has started the long process of introducing electronic invoicing for taxpayers which will be based on the EU standard on e-Invoicing (EN 16931).
