The so-called anti-inflation shields introducing reduced VAT on a number of products, e.g. fuels or gas will be in force until the end of 2022. On January 1, 2023, the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of December 2, 2022 on reduced rates of tax on goods and services in 2023 will come into force.
