After launching the new VAT invoice system, it may turn out that a hotel receptionist, a waiter in a restaurant or a cashier in a supermarket will not issue such an invoice, but only a promise. More complex transactions will have to be described in a new way, outside the official sales document. Experts warn: this will be a bigger revolution than we expected.
