The State Secretary of Finance has published new policy rules for excise regulations.
A policy rule has been included for rounding off the alcohol percentage for other alcoholic products. This rounding rule has been included in Article 13 of the Act with effect from 1 January 2022, so that this policy rule will be repealed with retroactive effect to 1 January 2022.
