HMRC have published draft regulations for the UK’s implementation of the OECD’s model reporting rules for digital platforms. The rules would require digital platforms to collect, and report to HMRC, information on the income of sellers using their platforms to rent out property, provide personal services, sell goods, and rent out transport.
