The Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court (one of Pennsylvania’s appellate-level courts) has unanimously ruled that the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue could not assert nexus against out-of-state online businesses that sell merchandise through Amazon’s Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) program.
