In order to simplify the procedure for refunding VAT to travelers, the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Serbia introduced a simplified method in the form of an electronic form ZPPPDV (Passenger Request for VAT Refund) and this came into effect on November 16, 2019. According to our source, all requests in the future should be exclusively in electronic form.
