The amendment defines e-commerce to include “a business transaction, including digital service, that takes place through the electronic transmission of data over a communication network such as the internet.” “Digital service” is now defined to include “social networking, online gaming, cloud services, video or audio streaming, digital marketplace operations, and online advertising services.”
