Electronic invoicing will be mandatory for Spanish companies.
This is one of the effects of the Law for the Creation and Growth of Companies, also known as the “Crea y Crece” Law, which establishes electronic invoicing as the sole method that can be used in business dealings between corporations and independent contractors as soon as the regulation enters into force on September 15, 2022.
