The Arnhem-Leeuwarden Court rules that a cowshed and a pigsty are not intended or suitable as a home. A former cowshed behind the front house of a farm and detached pigsties and boxes are being converted into care apartments. The low VAT rate for renovation of homes older than two years does not apply to renovation costs.
