By order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 28, 2022, the previously existing Rules for the return of excess value added tax were canceled. The new Rules came into effect on April 11, 2022. Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan, Rustam Zhursunov, after analyzing the rules, considered them to be contrary to the provisions of the Tax Code and the requirements of the Law
