The draft of the government’s proposal regarding automatic decision-making in taxation and customs matters was presented in the summer, and the proposal is being finalized at the Ministry of State Finance. EK supports automatic decision-making in tax matters, as long as the necessary boundary conditions are taken into account. Automatic decision-making enables a more efficient allocation of resources both in companies and in the Tax Administration. Legislation must be up-to-date so that automatic decision-making is based on the law.
