The Government has announced the launch of the Developing Countries Trading Scheme (DCTS) which will replace the current Generalised Scheme of Preferences (GSP) from early 2023. The Government has also published a report setting out its policy for the DCTS, including responses to a public consultation, in four areas: rules of origin, tariffs, goods graduation, and conditions.
