The national system aimed at monitoring the transport of goods with high fiscal risk on the territory of Romania, RO e-Transport, implemented by the authorities as part of the digitalization process of the tax administration, is in force from July 1 , and the taxpayers concerned must comply , even though the procedure was completed late, and the deadline for applying the fines was postponed until October 1, 2022. This new obligation is added to the other two major measures adopted in the same process, with compliance deadlines in July 2022, respectively SAF-T and RO e-Invoice.
