Ahead of the new e-Invoicing and e-Reporting reform, the French Ministry of Finance has published a new version of External Specifications v1.3 for e-Invoicing and v2.0 for e-Reporting. Although the specifications are still in development and require constant monitoring, the new version brings some updates and clarifications.
