Updates on issues raised by SST Technical Committee regarding VA program
Malaysia’s SST Technical Committee raised several issues pertaining to sales tax and service tax (SST) that were documented in the minutes of the committee’s Meeting No. 1/2022, and the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (RMCD) provided responses to these issues via an email dated 17 May 2022.
