VAT amendments for exempt import, exemptions of supplies from VAT, and excise tax measures

This implies that effective 01 July 2022, taxpayers are obliged to
account for VAT on imported services that are used in the provision
of exempt supplies unless the services are exempt had they been
supplied in Uganda.
