According to the draft decision of the EU Council, the date of mandatory implementation in Poland of the so-called structured invoices issued and received in the KSeF system is to be postponed to January 1, 2024 . Ultimately, the decision has yet to be adopted at a meeting of the EU Council and published in the EU’s Official Journal, but this date should not be changed.
