Opinion issued in the PPG Holding BV case

The Advocate General (“AG”) at the Supreme Court recently issued her Opinion in the PPG Holding BV (“PPG”) case in which she concluded that PPG could deduct the VAT on the expenses related to its own pension fund. (read more)
