France 2030 or France Relance is the country’s investment and transformation plan designed to meet the challenges of our time. This program of structural reforms is closely linked to the government’s political, economic, social and climate strategy.
The France 2030 plan has an envelope of 100 billion euros. Beyond the short-term challenges induced by the Covid-19 health crisis, this plan aims to initiate a more profound change and to strengthen the fundamentals of the French economy by 2030, by making it more sustainable, more united and more competitive. Access to employment, especially for the youngest, occupies an important place in this recovery plan.
