The Minister of Equality, Irene Montero, has confirmed this Monday that the abortion law that the Council of Ministers will approve tomorrow will include a leave due to incapacitating menstrual pain and a paid prepartum leave from the 39th week of pregnancy after an agreement has been reached in the within the coalition government.
