VAT exemption will be introduced for the import of goods by the armed forces of other Member States

The Council of Ministers adopted a draft act amending the act on tax on goods and services, submitted by the Minister of Finance.

The draft provides for the adaptation of Polish law to EU regulations providing for specific solutions and preferences in the field of VAT with regard to defense activities implemented under the EU common security and defense policy.
