Vegetables, fruits, alcoholic beverages, clothing, footwear, salt and some construction materials (earth and stone, plaster, lime and cement) are high-risk goods and their transport will have to be declared and monitored through e-Transport, provides for a draft order prepared by ANAF. ANAF prepared the draft order in the context in which the Government adopted today the ordinance for the implementation of e-Transport. The system will monitor in real time the movement of goods with high fiscal risk on the Romanian territory, as follows: transport of goods purchased and delivered intra-community, transport of goods subject to customs operations, transport of goods between two locations located on national territory. The declaration in the e-Transport system is optional until July 1, 2022 and will become mandatory after.
