The introduction of the obligation to issue invoices in electronic form next year is intended to simplify settlements between entrepreneurs. However, over a third of companies still prefer to issue paper documents. It will be difficult for the government to persuade them to switch to e-invoicing – especially since a lot more information will have to be provided in them. In some industries, this may not be possible.
